Shipping Policy

At LumiPaws, shipping is always free. Every order ships free regardless of size or destination within the United States. The price you see is the price you pay, no hidden fees at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping within the United States takes 5 to 10 business days after processing.

International orders to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

LumiPaws is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside of our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@lumipaws.com and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
