Refund Policy

At LumiPaws, we want you to love your lamp. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date your order arrives.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@lumipaws.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence sent to support@lumipaws.com. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
